Here’s key information to help you prepare for a comfortable and seamless journey with Anguilla Air Services
Check-in opens 1 hour before departure for all scheduled flights. It closes 15 minutes before departure.
Check-in locations
- Anguilla: Anguilla Air Services counter in the main terminal
- St. Maarten: Anguilla Air Services counter in the main terminal
- St. Barths: Five Stars counter
- Antigua: Express Handlers counter
- St. Kitts:
- All tickets are non-refundable.
- Changes may be made up to 24 hours before departure for a fee of US $50.00.
- Reservations cancelled at least 24 hours before departure will be placed on a credit file, valid for six months from the original travel date. A US $50.00 fee applies to reinstate the ticket.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure will result in forfeiture of the ticket.
- Checked bag: 1 bag up to 50 lbs / 23 kg per person
- Carry-on: 1 bag up to 13 lbs / 6 kg per person
- Personal item: 1 small item such as a backpack or handbag
Additional charges
- Overweight baggage: US $3.00 per pound over the limit
- One additional bag: US $40.00 (transported space available)
- Two additional bags: US $100.00 (transported space available)
- Golf bags: US $60.00 per bag (transported space available)
Passengers in St. Maarten (SXM) transiting to Anguilla (AXA)
On arrival, proceed to the transfer service desk located before immigration. Do not go through immigration. An Anguilla Air Services agent will assist you at the desk.
Passengers are to ensure they meet visa and passport requirements for entry.

Anguilla Air Services Ltd. does not transport unaccompanied minors. This applies to all children under 12 years of age. Minors aged twelve (12) and under must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult.
Pets (cats and dogs) are allowed in the cabin if they are in an approved pet carrier. The carrier must be able to fit on your lap.
Anguilla Air Services Ltd. does not transport dangerous goods.
Forbidden items
The following dangerous goods are not permitted on any Anguilla Air Services aircraft:
Aircraft spares, automobile spares, breathing apparatus, camping equipment, chemicals, cryogenic liquids, dental equipment, diving equipment, drilling equipment, toolboxes, torches, electrical equipment, film crew equipment, fuels, dry ice, corrosive household items, laboratory instruments, testing magnets, pharmaceuticals, samples for testing, semen, and vaccines.
